How to access Higashiyama Sky Tower

Higashiyama Sky Tower is adjacent to Higashiyama Zoo, but it is a facility outside the zoo. You can go directly to the zoo without entering it. If you are coming by car, please use the Skytower-mae Parking. The parking lot is in front of Higashiyama Sky Tower.

The observation room is located on the 4th and 5th floors. The elevator going up stops at the 5th floor. You can freely move between the 5th and 4th floors using the stairs. For going down, please take the elevator from the 4th floor.

Higashiyama Sky Tower opening hours, closing days, and admission fees

Higashiyama Sky Tower's opening hours, closing days, and admission fees are as follows.

・Opening hours: 09:00-21:30 (However, admission is until 21:00))
・Closed: Every Monday (the next day if it is a national holiday or substitute holiday) and New Year holidays (December 29th to January 1st)
・Admission fee: 300 yen for high school students and above, free for junior high school students and younger, 100 yen for those 65 years and older living in Nagoya City

As for viewing fees, there are also common viewing tickets available that include admission to Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens (640 yen for high school students and above, 160 yen for people 65 years and older living in Nagoya City). He also offers discounts for groups of 30 or more people, so please inquire at the counter.

About bringing food and drinks into Higashiyama Sky Tower

There is a free rest room on the 1st floor of Higashiyama Sky Tower, where you can bring your own food and drinks, such as bento boxes. Please note that you cannot bring food or drinks into the observation rooms on the 4th and 5th floors (only water and tea allowed).

When you step out of the elevator, you'll be in the 5th-floor observation room. The 5th floor is 100 meters above ground. From the observation room, you can view the landscape of Nagoya city. You can also look down upon Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens right in front of you.
