Reservation Method and Conditions for Using the Family Bath at Yuami no Shima
A reservation is required to use the family bath at Yuami no Shima (if available, you can also book on the day of your visit). Reservations can be made from the 1st of the month prior to your desired date of use. For example, if you wish to use it on April 12th, you can reserve starting from March 1st.
Reservations are only accepted by phone. For the phone number, please refer to the official website under 「Family Bath & Barrier-Free Bath Information」.
The capacity for the family bath is from 3 to 6 people. Use by 2 people or 1 person is not allowed. It is strictly for use by families of three or more. Infants and toddlers are also welcome to use it. The fee is 3,000 yen per room for a 45-minute use (admission to Yuami no Shima is required separately).
Alternatively, the bath can be used as a barrier-free bath. In this case, it can be used free of charge. The capacity ranges from 2 to 6 people, limited to customers with physical disabilities and those who require assistance from an accompanying person. Please make a reservation in the same way as for the family bath.
How to use the Family Bath at Yuami no Shima
If you wish to use the family bath, after entering Yuami no Shima, please inform the staff at the 3F front desk that you have a reservation for the family bath.
After stating your name and having your reservation confirmed, you will pay the family bath usage fee of 3,000 yen there. Then, you will receive a ticket to enter the family bath.
When it's time for your reservation, go to the 1F locker room front desk. Inform the staff at the locker room front desk that you have a reservation for the family bath and hand over your ticket. They will lend you a large towel and a small towel for each person and guide you to the family bath.
The family bath is located past the Tea House on the 1F.
Inside the family bath, you will find a changing area and dryers.
The bath connects an indoor bath with an open-air bath. There is also a washing area, and shampoo and other amenities are provided.
Make sure to leave the bath by the end of your allotted time and return the towels to the 1F locker room front desk to conclude your visit. Usage of the family bath is in addition to the regular Yuami no Shima facilities, meaning you can also use the general baths separately from the family bath.
